Q: How do I order?

We offer a couple of convenient ways to order. Orders through our secure website,, are convenient and receive the quickest handling. You can also order through one of our Beauty Advisors at 1-954-975-5963. For more detailed information on how to order, see "How to Order" in our Policies section.

Q: What information do you need to complete my order?

We need your name, shipping address, phone number and email address (if you have one). We also need to know which items you wish to order and the quantity you'd like. We will also need your payment. If you are ordering through our website,, our website will prompt you to enter all of the required information. If you are ordering by phone, our Beauty Advisor will take all the information from you. If you are ordering by fax or email and paying by credit card, we will also need to get your name as it appears on your credit card, your credit card number and expiration date and your billing address (only if different from your shipping address). We recommend that you provide your credit card information over the phone by calling us at 1-954-590-3295 if you are emailing or faxing your order, as those are not secure methods of transmitting your credit card information.

Q: How do you handle gift purchases?

We ask that you notify us if we are shipping a gift, so that we do not include an invoice showing how much you paid. To do so, please call one of our Beauty Advisors at 1-954-590-3295 or email us at Also contact us through one of those methods if you'd like to make any other special arrangements for your gift purchase.

Q: How do I pay?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Paypal, Money Order and even Personal Checks. We do not accept Money Orders or Checks for online orders. Payment by Money Order or Check will cause a delay in filling your order until the funds clear in our bank account. Payments through Paypal from your bank account may also cause a short delay as the funds clear. Website payments are made at the time you order, right through our website. Credit card payments for phone orders will be taken over the phone. Money Orders and Checks are mailed to us. You can pay through Paypal for any order type. Paypal will send us an email with the payment. For more detailed information on Payments, please see the Payment Methods section in our Policies.

Q: Will I have to pay sales tax?

By law, we collect sales tax on orders shipped within Florida. We are located in Broward County, Florida, which has a 6% sales tax rate. We do not currently collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses outside Florida.

Q: Is my personal information secure with you?

Absolutely. We know you will not do business with us if you don't trust us. Our website and its portal to, our payment processor, are secured by SSL technology, which protects your information from being intercepted during transmission. We will NEVER sell, rent or otherwise hand over any of your personal information to any third party, unless required to do so by law. The only outside party who will have access to your information is if you make a credit card payment through our website or through one of our Beauty Advisors. If you choose to pay by Paypal, you will first have to create an account with them and provide your information directly to them. We believe that and Paypal both have state-of-the-art practices to secure your personal information. We highly advise that you not provide your credit card information by email or fax, as we do not believe those methods to be secure. Q: How do I get beauty advice?

The fastest way to get advice is to call one of our Beauty Advisors at 1-954-975-5963. If the Advisor cannot answer your question on the spot, they will get it answered for you. If you prefer to email your question, please send it to We will also be providing loads of Beauty Advice on our website, in our blog, in our newsletter and in our videos. Q: What kind of advice can I get?

We do our best to provide answers to all your beauty questions. Since, we cannot see you face-to-face, it may be difficult to choose shades of color cosmetics for you. We are best able to answer questions about how to properly use our products, how to apply them, what's the best type of brush to use with a particular product, what skincare products to use for your skin type, etc. Please see the section on Beauty Advice in our Policies for more detailed information.

Q: Are you on Facebook, Twitter or YouTube?

All of the above. Friend us, follow us, subscribe to us. However you want to find us, we want to be there. We will be notifying our friends, followers and subscribers whenever we release new blog entries, newsletters, videos, new products, etc. Our Beauty Genius, Virginia Alexander, is really excited to share her expertise with you through all of these channels. We will also provide you with special deals and discounts through Facebook and Twitter.

Q: How much do you charge for shipping?

A flat fee of $3.95 for orders under $25. Shipping is free on orders of $25 or more. Special shipping arrangements, such as overnight shipping, will require an additional fee which is usually dependent upon the weight of the order. For special shipping arrangements, call 954-975-5963.

We currently ship only within the 50 United States and US Territories. We ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We have a licensing agreement with a group who plans to ship within Canada shortly. Our licensees also have longer term plans to ship in Mexico, Central and South America and the Caribbean.

Q: What shipping methods do you offer?

We choose the shipping option, based on the weight of the package, whether it is FREE SHIPPING for orders of $25 and more, or our $3.95 FLAT RATE shipping for orders under $25. We ship by USPS First Class Mail if the package is under 1 lb. If the package is 1 lb or more, it goes by USPS Priority Mail. For overnight shipping or other special arrangements, please call us at 1-954-975-5963. We do not offer overnight shipping on our website.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

We carefully and expeditiously pack your orders Monday through Friday. Orders received after 4pm EST are considered received on the next business day. We take 1-3 business days to complete an order, once received. Orders under 1 lb are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, and are estimated to take 3-7 days AFTER THE ORDER IS PACKED AND SHIPPED, which takes 1-3 days. Orders 1lb and over are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which can be expected to arrive 2-3 days AFTER THE ORDER IS PACKED AND SHIPPED. We ship from Pompano Beach, Florida 33073.

If you are not completely wowed and pleased by anything you order from us, we'll take it back if returned to us within 90 days – no hassles and no questions asked. We stand behind every single product we sell. Our products have been used and loved by our loyal customers for many years, and have been tested on the streets, at home, in offices and at formal occasions, everywhere. If you are one of the few that doesn't have an enjoyable experience with a product, just send it back for a full refund, minus shipping charges, if any. The easiest way to give us everything we need to process your return is to print out a copy of your email receipt, and include it with the item(s) you are returning with a note on it stating whether you want the product replaced or a refund. We distribute news about discounts, sales, coupons and new product releases through several methods. We have a newsletter, a blog, a Facebook page and a Twitter account. We highly recommend that you become a fan on Facebook for exclusive discounts and promotions, and advance product and sale announcements. You may also follow us on Twitter, as we will also notify you of many discounts and promotions there, as well. We like Facebook and Twitter, because we want to have a more personal relationship with our customers. Facebook and Twitter are communities, and we think they're more fun than email. Don't worry if you don't like Facebook and Twitter. If you choose to remain on our email list, you'll receive plenty of pertinent information and discount opportunities.

Q: What types of email will I receive from you?

When you order from us, you'll receive an email invoice showing what you ordered, how much you paid and other information pertinent to the order. You will also get an email when your order is shipped. Additionally, we may contact you with sale notifications, discount offers, new product announcements and order reminders.
