An Alcohol-Free toner that contains 2% Lactic Acid. It gently exfoliates dead cells to help maintain a healthy looking skin.
APPLICATION:
Saturate a cotton ball with facial toner. Gently smooth over face and neck until all traces of residue are removed. Skin will feel totally refreshed. Allow to dry before applying a skin care product or makeup.

Allantoin: Natural soothing, anti-irritant and skin protectant. It increases smoothness of the skin, promotes cell replication and promotes healing of wounds, burns and scars.
